Coroner lifting a dead guy of the bench at dead center Helsinki. Apparently no one called help for the guy who had been suffering and blue for 15 minutes.

If I am reading this picture correctly, then this tram stop is right across from the main train station. Many people must have seen this guy and done nothing.
This is so typical for Helsinki. It is hard to blame the people though. This guy has probably been laying around downtown for years drunk (like too many others) and therefore appeared 'normal.' (or appeared like a street drunk.)
When I was living in Helsinki, I had the police on speed-dial and called them a number of times. Often to report someone passed out and even one time laying in the gutter in the street.
SAD.
