I took my camera with me today for lunch at Telegraph avenue's Cafe Intermezzo. The place is famous for it's amazing salads. There is another advantage. A lot of freaks and interesting looking people walk past the window tables. Perfect photo opportunity. The Intermezzo didn't fail this time either.

Where am I?
Here is the home of Sims -South hall. I work at a ground floor office of the ghost building. The legend is that Wald Disney used the building as a model for Mary Poppins movies. If you look at the attick windows you can see why. The building is one of the oldest buildings at the campus and it is located right next to Campanile Tower.

First one is from our Yosemite trip. Question: who the heck did the spell check on this sign? The picture is corrupted because my wifes Fujitsu Siemens laptop decided that about half of its hard drive is corrupted. After "fixing" the "corrupted" files some interesting effects were born.
The second one is from Santa Cruz where we accidently drove to a cool cars gathering. Four Ferraris, Lotus, Porches and M3. The road from that starts from the castle rock state park and end to SF is just amazing. Running up on a peninsula hill that seperates the bay and pacific the views are amazing, road is in good condition, not too much traffic and the views... did I mentioned the views?

Yosemite rock climbing
We just returned from Yosemite National Park where we stayd for a week. Rock climbing, rafting and sun. We climbed the Snake Dike on south west face of the Half Dome. 5 hours in the sun. The route wasnt too hard except for the major runouts. We used 60 meter rope and on some pitches there was only one pro to use. Meaning allmost 30 meters of unprotected climbing.

I bumped to this parkour site. Check out santa gone loco. First time i heard of parkour was when I watched a Luc Bessons film Yamakasi - Les samouraï des temps modernes. Parkour was invented by a fifteen year boy about ten years ago. This David Belle grew up and BBC used him in their ad.
